Own frontend domains end to end, including architecture, implementation, testing, production quality, performance, accessibility, and security. Set technical direction, design reusable component systems, establish testing strategies, diagnose complex browser and production issues, and partner with Product, Design, QA, and engineering teams. Mentor engineers, review consequential changes, and use AI-first development practices while maintaining accountability for shipped software.

Leads frontend architecture strategy across products, directs design-system platform development, establishes quality, security, accessibility, performance, and testing standards, and creates tooling and guardrails for engineering teams. Sets AI-native frontend practices, improves production health, aligns Engineering, Product, Design, and QA, and develops senior engineers into broader technical ownership. The role remains hands-on for high-risk technical work while emphasizing organizational-scale technical direction.

Manage assigned client accounts for absence-management services by building customer relationships, addressing concerns, supporting implementation and post-implementation needs, and serving as a trusted advisor. The role coordinates with internal teams, resolves service issues, supports complex accounts, and identifies opportunities to retain, grow, and expand business. Candidates need customer relationship experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, reliable remote-work capabilities, and willingness to travel up to 25%.
