Supervise daily technical operations, scheduling, team assignments, standups, coaching, quality compliance, inventory tracking, safety, and SLA performance. Oversee device tools, asset handling, diagnostics, repairs, technician onboarding, SOP updates, and task completion. Escalate issues, coordinate with quality teams, vendors, customers, and leadership, while approving timecards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Supervise daily field service operations: schedule tasks, coach technicians, ensure SOP and quality compliance, manage inventory and SLAs, escalate issues, support onboarding/training, and drive safety and continuous improvement.

Outbound-focused BDR responsible for sourcing mid-market technology accounts (100-1,000 employees), running multi-channel outreach, qualifying inbound and expansion opportunities, booking discovery meetings, and handing off sales-accepted opportunities to Account Executives while maintaining CRM data integrity and exceeding monthly quotas.
