Serve as trusted HR advisor supporting leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, HRIS data and compliance, and HR program improvements across U.S. and international teams.

Design and execute account-based marketing plays for priority accounts. Build tiered target lists, orchestrate multi-channel campaigns (paid, outbound, mail, events), map buying committees, partner with Sales/SDRs/Demand Gen, and report on pipeline and account engagement.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven features and workflow automation on the ConnectWise platform. Translate customer and data insights into requirements, prioritize backlogs, select AI platforms/tools, and collaborate with engineering, data, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable solutions. Monitor adoption and performance, optimize workflows through AI, and represent product strategy to partners and stakeholders.
