Lead product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven features and workflow automation on the ConnectWise platform. Translate customer and data insights into requirements, prioritize backlogs, select AI platforms/tools, and collaborate with engineering, data, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable solutions. Monitor adoption and performance, optimize workflows through AI, and represent product strategy to partners and stakeholders.

Build and manage scalable post-sale customer marketing programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, value realization, modernization, renewal readiness, and expansion. Use product usage, customer health, education engagement, and intent signals to segment partners, trigger lifecycle communications, align cross-functional handoffs, and measure program impact on retention, expansion, and ARR.
