The role requires strong judgment, communication, business acumen, and extensive experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.

Lead global entity management and corporate governance activities across domestic and international subsidiaries. Responsibilities include entity formations, registrations, statutory filings, governance documents, board support, powers of attorney, apostillization, M&A due diligence, licensing, compliance reporting, and coordination with internal teams, outside counsel, registered agents, and regulatory agencies. The role also improves entity-management processes, maintains procedures and data quality, and supports development of the company’s legal and compliance function.
