Build DAX, Power Query transformations, ETL processes (SSIS/Azure Data Factory), and semantic/tabular models. Lead global entity management and corporate governance for U.S. and international entities, ensure compliance and good standing, maintain organizational data, prepare board/shareholder documents, support M&A and restructuring diligence, coordinate with tax/finance/outside counsel, improve entity-management processes and technology, and serve as primary contact for registered agents and regulators.

Lead pursuit strategy and proposal development for assigned markets. Write and refine proposal content, extract win themes from SMEs, manage Salesforce pipeline and forecasting, facilitate go/no-go decisions, lead client debriefs, and mentor proposal staff to ensure high-quality, compliant submissions.
