Owns enterprise virtualization, compute, storage, Windows and Linux systems, identity services, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery. Diagnoses complex infrastructure problems across hypervisor, operating system, storage, and network layers; develops PowerShell, PowerCLI, and Bash automation; improves resilience and observability; supports database infrastructure; and helps introduce container workloads. The role also includes mentoring junior administrators, maintaining documentation and recovery procedures, and collaborating with network, security, database, and application teams.

Manage Sustainability Solutions client accounts and relationships, supporting onboarding, implementation, account planning, reviews, project delivery, and client satisfaction. Lead internal and external calls, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor sustainability legislation and market needs, gather customer feedback, and advocate for product enhancements. Responsibilities also include contract and scope management, stakeholder communication, research, problem solving, and participation in product roadmap prioritization. Travel is required.

Lead technical delivery for bulk internet deployments (MDU and SFR), managing site surveys, vendor/ISP engineering coordination, hardware provisioning, risk logging in Salesforce, and ensuring on-time network turn-up and operational handoff.
