Own full-cycle recruiting for Constellation: source, coordinate, and manage candidate experience through offer acceptance. Build recruiting systems, ATS workflows, interview frameworks, and vendor/tool partnerships. Partner with hiring managers, run onsite candidate visits, and provide strategic recruiting advice to internal teams and ecosystem partners to scale AI-safety talent pipelines.

Join Constellation's Programs team to design and run convenings, incubators, fellowships, and talent-mobilization efforts that connect AI safety researchers, accelerate ideas, and place people into high-impact roles. Work on event production, program design, community building, and participant matching within an on-site Berkeley workspace.

Own day-to-day CRM operations, integrations, and data integrity across HubSpot, Airtable, Slack, and other systems. Build and debug automations, manage imports/exports, maintain the BI data pipeline, create reports and dashboards, and document systems. Collaborate with program managers and contractors to deliver scalable data solutions and identity management.

Coordinate and improve member experience by conducting UX research, designing program improvements, supporting membership review and onboarding, planning and running events, and partnering with operations to implement community-focused enhancements.

Lead and integrate IT, security, facilities, and catering for Constellation’s Berkeley research center. Set strategy, budgets, KPIs, and risk/compliance standards; manage ~11–15 staff with four direct reports; drive cross-domain coordination, incident response, and continuous operational improvement to enable world-class AI safety research.

Provide front-desk, administrative, and customer support for a shared AI safety workspace: welcome visitors, manage reservations and support requests, maintain records and supplies, troubleshoot office issues, and staff events. Full-time, on-site role with periodic evenings/weekends.
