Manage end-to-end logistics for talks, workshops, and large convenings; serve as primary speaker liaison; coordinate space, catering, AV, and vendors; run event communications, track attendance and feedback, and build scalable processes, templates, and budgets to support a high-volume events program.

Coordinate programs measuring and improving member experience and program impact. Conduct user research and quantitative analysis, design UX and onboarding, support community operations, vet membership, and help plan and run high-stakes events and communications.

Provide hands-on, front-line IT support and device management for staff and visitors, manage tickets and Google Workspace provisioning, maintain inventory and access control (Brivo), support events and office operations, and document solutions to improve user experience.
