Serve as the senior on-site representative for the T-BOS contract in Ankara, leading daily operations, managing multi-functional teams, ensuring contract compliance and performance, coordinating with Government leadership, overseeing workforce planning, emergency response, safety, and continuous improvement to support installation mission requirements.

Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerize services, and operate production Kubernetes clusters. Implement Infrastructure as Code, maintain version control, configure monitoring/alerting, and collaborate with developers, data scientists, and sensor teams. Support DoD cybersecurity/cloud standards and ensure resilient, automated deployments across staging and production.

Serve as the senior on-site representative for T-BOS at Izmir, leading day-to-day contract execution and oversight of installation support functions. Manage personnel, resources, compliance, performance metrics, emergency responses, and stakeholder engagement with DoD leadership. Ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement across civil engineering, O&M, logistics, fire/emergency services, and other base operations.
