Provide professional unarmed security for personnel, visitors, and property across multiple Bay Area sites. Duties include perimeter and internal patrols, visitor screening, incident reporting, alarm and emergency response, traffic control, key control, radio communication, first aid/CPR, maintaining training requirements, and completing required reports and paperwork.

Prepares, evaluates, negotiates, and administers subcontract and procurement documents. Solicits and analyzes bids, develops subcontract agreements and modifications, verifies vendor qualifications, maintains approved supplier records, and monitors subcontractor performance, schedules, deliverables, and payments. Coordinates with legal, compliance, finance, risk management, program, and field teams while ensuring contractual flow-downs, small-business requirements, documentation, and subcontract terms are satisfied.

Leads enterprise data protection initiatives, including data classification, DLP policy management, eDiscovery support, insider threat investigations, and data governance. Uses behavioral analytics, audit logs, SIEM, UEBA, and forensic tools to identify misuse and leakage. Develops security controls, incident response playbooks, and compliance updates while collaborating with Legal, HR, and Compliance. Participates in threat-hunting and red, blue, and purple team exercises. Requires five-plus years of relevant experience and eligibility for a Top Secret clearance.
