Lead customer marketing campaigns to drive product adoption, advocacy, and expansion. Build customer stories, manage a reference/advocacy program, and partner with Product, CS, and Sales. Own analyst relations strategy and execution: briefings, evaluations, intelligence tracking, and maintaining relationships with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other analysts.

Build and own production backend services in Python for a large-scale ecommerce search platform. Work with SQL-heavy systems, monitoring/alerting, and debugging user-facing systems. Deliver maintainable software via tests, code review, and incremental delivery. Collaborate on data integrations and optional ETL/ELT workflows with PySpark; apply SEO, API/auth, and unstructured data knowledge when needed.

Source and qualify top-of-funnel leads using outbound automation, email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and calls. Manage lead data in Salesforce, collaborate with sales to convert opportunities, iterate on outreach messaging, and provide feedback to improve the sales process. Opportunity to advance into an Account Executive role.
