Partners with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to conduct technical discovery, deliver product demonstrations, design solutions, develop proofs of concept, and address RFI, RFP, and security requirements. Advises customers on digital transformation, technology stacks, and implementation risks while communicating product feedback internally and supporting successful customer launches.

Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by conducting technical discovery, presentations, solution design sessions, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and RFI/RFP support. Help customers evaluate Contentful against their technical and business requirements, identify risks, and communicate product feedback. Collaborate with solution architects and customer success teams to support successful implementations. Travel onsite with customers when necessary.
