Provides first-level technical and customer support for managed services clients, end users, staff, and patients. Resolves incidents and requests through phone, email, chat, and voicemail while following ITIL-based procedures and service levels. Maintains knowledge documentation, supports queue management, mentors new specialists, and escalates complex issues. Requires strong communication, troubleshooting, organizational, and customer service skills, along with Microsoft Office experience.

Leads Pellera’s national Cisco partnership, owning the joint business plan, executive relationship, growth strategy, account penetration, pipeline, funding, enablement, certifications, offerings, and demand generation. The role is responsible for expanding Cisco revenue across regions and practices, improving partner-scorecard performance, developing Cisco-focused sellers, and delivering measurable growth through field influence and strategic alliance leadership. Travel is approximately 40–50%.

Provide technical consulting for mainframe modernization, automation, DevOps, and platform transformation projects. Diagnose z/OS compile, assembly, and link-edit issues; develop and support applications using COBOL, PL/I, Assembler, Java, and EZT; and work with CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ, z/OS Connect, Ansible, Git, and IBM deployment tools. Collaborate with clients, lead project delivery, present solutions, and apply Lean, Agile, continuous delivery, and DevSecOps practices.
