Manage small to medium technical projects from award through completion, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements. Responsibilities include translating customer needs into proposals and implementation plans, coordinating project teams and procurement, tracking milestones, costs, materials, and records, managing customer relationships, and overseeing subcontractors. The role also supports financial control, customer satisfaction, team leadership, coaching, and staff development.
