The role involves building and optimizing cloud infrastructure and platform features, leveraging Golang, Kafka, and PostgreSQL in a fast-paced startup environment.

Build and own Conversion's content engine to drive demand: produce blog and LinkedIn content, scale SEO, run webinars, convert content into pipeline via paid and organic distribution, support events and executive dinners, and create growth playbooks in collaboration with sales, product, and design.

Own and ship end-to-end product features for a high-scale marketing automation platform: define vision, design and build products, work directly with customers, and deliver reliable, scalable backend and frontend systems.
