Manages IP client-service technology initiatives, including workflow automation, AI, systems integration, process improvement, requirements gathering, testing, implementation, training, and adoption. Coordinates cross-functional projects, evaluates risks and dependencies, ensures compliance with legal and information-security requirements, and supports continuous improvement. Also serves as a local office IP Services resource, troubleshooting operational issues and supporting practitioners, business professionals, and client needs.

Provides administrative, database, reporting, budgeting, event, training, and project coordination support for the firm’s Pro Bono Team. Responsibilities include invoice coding, document preparation, conflict checks, client and volunteer database maintenance, statistical reporting, budget monitoring, event logistics, travel arrangements, and coordination with legal service providers and firm staff.

The Knowledge Management Attorney develops and maintains legal forms, precedents, guidance, and training materials for private company practices. They partner with attorneys, product managers, engineers, QA, and operations to automate legal workflows, build data models, prioritize templates, and develop testing methodologies. The role also monitors legal and regulatory developments, assesses AI-related risks, supports usability testing, prepares thought leadership, and promotes adoption of legal technology solutions.
