The role requires a registered nursing license, triage and critical care experience, familiarity with EMRs and virtual monitoring devices, and the ability to work remotely in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available AWS cloud infrastructure for healthcare SaaS services. Develop Infrastructure-as-Code deployments and CI/CD pipelines across environments, manage Kubernetes and serverless workloads, and own monitoring, alerting, observability, disaster recovery, and backups. Strengthen cloud security through IAM, WAF, KMS, secrets management, certificates, and logging. Contribute to system reliability, documentation, and on-call support while collaborating on secure, cost-efficient infrastructure solutions.

Leads and scales a global data engineering and analytics team while remaining hands-on with architecture, pipelines, data quality, dimensional modeling, dashboards, reporting, and customer-facing deliverables. Owns the analytical data platform supporting clinical, operational, product, financial, and customer data. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders, investigates complex data issues, improves platform reliability and security, and mentors engineers.
