Own and administer HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, supporting Marketing and Sales Development processes. Translate stakeholder needs into requirements, documentation, user stories, and tickets. Analyze data flows across CRM, ERP, quote-to-cash, integrations, and data platforms; identify dependencies, risks, and data-quality issues. Triage requests, support integrations and business-unit onboarding, maintain SOPs, and improve system adoption, workflow efficiency, data integrity, and user experience.

Leads complex, cross-functional technology projects across software, data, infrastructure, platform, migration, integration, and AI initiatives. Develops project plans, milestones, dependencies, forecasts, budgets, risk registers, and delivery metrics; facilitates execution and executive reporting; coordinates releases, migrations, vendors, and organizational readiness; and improves project-management processes and tooling across Engineering, Product, Architecture, Customer Success, Support, Sales, and business teams.

Leads and develops a high-performing Customer Success team responsible for retention, renewals, expansion, and customer outcomes across a B2B SaaS portfolio. Oversees account health, renewal pipelines, risk mitigation, success planning, playbook execution, performance management, hiring, coaching, and career development. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, and CS leadership while serving as an escalation point for complex customer situations.
