Partners with executives, Product, and Engineering leaders to improve product bets, validation, roadmaps, AI adoption, customer outcomes, and commercial performance. Coaches senior product professionals, strengthens product practices, and provides technical and strategic guidance across SaaS architecture, cloud, APIs, data, scalability, and AI-native product development.

Own end-to-end SaaS customer implementations from requirements gathering through post-launch review. Configure systems, manage data imports and integrations, track milestones and risks, troubleshoot with Product and Engineering, and guide customers through adoption and workflow changes. Improve onboarding processes through scalable solutions, report implementation metrics, and ensure launches meet customer goals, timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Own day-to-day IT operations, service management, endpoint security, identity and access administration, cloud infrastructure support, vendor and MSP oversight, business-unit technology integrations, and SOC 2 or other audit readiness. The role manages Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, endpoint tools, security platforms, device compliance, operational documentation, procurement, and technical evidence across multiple business units.
