Execute Microsoft 365, Exchange, Google Workspace, and file platform migrations from discovery through deployment, cutover, validation, and handoff. Designs and deploys network infrastructure for office openings, relocations, and refreshes. Configures firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPNs, SD-WAN, routing, and related services. Coordinates with ISPs, contractors, and vendors; troubleshoots connectivity issues; creates technical documentation; and supports cutovers, validation, handoff, and ongoing operations. The role owns technical project tasks from planning through completion and requires occasional off-hours work and regular travel.

Leads complex infrastructure, cloud, security, and end-user technology projects from design through deployment and post-implementation support. Configures and troubleshoots networks, servers, migrations, identity systems, storage, backups, and cloud platforms. Provides senior technical guidance, documentation, training, escalation support, and client communication while partnering with project managers, vendors, and internal teams.
