Execute Microsoft 365, Exchange, Google Workspace, and file platform migrations from discovery through deployment, cutover, validation, and handoff. Configure migration tools, troubleshoot identity, permissions, mail flow, and endpoint issues, and document technical outcomes. Coordinate with project managers on scope, schedules, budgets, and risks while supporting clients and operations. The role requires regular monthly travel and off-hours work for upgrades and migrations.

Designs and deploys network infrastructure for office openings, relocations, and refreshes. Configures firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPNs, SD-WAN, routing, and related services. Coordinates with ISPs, contractors, and vendors; troubleshoots connectivity issues; creates technical documentation; and supports cutovers, validation, handoff, and ongoing operations. The role owns technical project tasks from planning through completion and requires occasional off-hours work and regular travel.

Leads complex infrastructure, cloud, security, and end-user technology projects from design through deployment and post-implementation support. Configures and troubleshoots networks, servers, migrations, identity systems, storage, backups, and cloud platforms. Provides senior technical guidance, documentation, training, escalation support, and client communication while partnering with project managers, vendors, and internal teams. Supports project budgets, timelines, reporting, client satisfaction, and transition to ongoing support. Requires regular travel and off-hours work.
