Owns complex global AI infrastructure deals from architecture through execution and expansion. Structures pricing, terms, commitment economics, and integrated proposals; leads negotiations with executive customers and procurement teams; operates the infrastructure deal desk; and develops playbooks, TCO models, and approval processes. Partners with sales, legal, finance, product, engineering, capacity planning, and marketing teams to improve deal execution and translate customer infrastructure needs into business and product insights.

Serve as the technical partner for existing AI customers, driving platform adoption, expansion, and production workload success. Design and deploy LLM applications, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, advise engineering and executive stakeholders, and collaborate with account managers, product, support, and engineering. Lead technical programs delivering GPU and CPU compute fleets from infrastructure handover through provisioning, validation, operational acceptance, and steady-state operations. Translate customer and business requirements into delivery plans, manage dependencies and blockers, assess capacity gaps, drive prioritization, establish readiness criteria, and coordinate cross-functional engineering and operations teams. Define delivery metrics, improve forecasting, and identify tooling, automation, and process improvements to increase provisioning throughput and operational readiness.

Own and operationalize CoreWeave’s third-party risk management and external data-sharing programs. Responsibilities include maintaining data inventories, defining review and approval controls, monitoring data flows, conducting third-party security risk assessments, evaluating privacy and security controls, tracking remediation, reporting risk metrics, and advising technical and executive stakeholders. The role also contributes to TPRM strategy, privacy compliance, audit support, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, procurement, IT, and Legal.

Manage and mature CoreWeave’s third-party risk management program across the vendor lifecycle. Responsibilities include conducting security risk assessments, evaluating controls and compliance evidence, tracking findings through remediation, performing vendor reassessments, maintaining vendor inventories and risk registers, and improving questionnaires, workflows, and documentation. The role coordinates with engineering, procurement, IT, Legal, vendors, and business stakeholders while supporting security, privacy, audit, and compliance objectives.

Leads and builds CoreWeave’s global enterprise risk and compliance function, including ERM frameworks, risk assessments, KRIs, risk appetite, governance, assurance coordination, compliance tracking, and Board and Audit Committee reporting. The role develops a risk team, partners across Security, Legal, Finance, IT, and Operations, and establishes scalable processes for a high-growth AI infrastructure company.

Leads technical sourcing strategy for data center hardware and infrastructure portfolios. Owns supplier selection, RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, negotiations, contracts, cost modeling, supply resilience, supplier performance, and lifecycle management. Partners cross-functionally with engineering, finance, legal, operations, and planning teams to secure capacity, optimize total cost of ownership, mitigate supply risks, and support transitions from prototype through global production deployment.

Senior individual contributor responsible for managing network backbone and fiber connectivity programs supporting new data center markets and sites. Owns program plans, interdependencies, vendor deliverables, contracting, construction, testing, connectivity readiness, and service turn-up. Drives cross-functional accountability across Legal, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Sourcing while managing risks, capacity constraints, route diversity, and critical-path milestones. Builds scalable intake workflows, tracking systems, milestone frameworks, and portfolio reporting.

Recruit technical and operational roles across Supply Chain, IT, and other hard-to-fill areas. Own infrastructure capacity planning for hardware New Product Introduction programs. Track power, cooling, network, and space roadmaps; determine hardware ordering cutovers; communicate scope and BOM requirements; and drive cross-functional readiness across Capacity, Supply Chain, Construction, Design, and Engineering. Translate new GPU, CPU, liquid-cooling, and rack hardware requirements into scalable data center designs, manage milestones and risks, support lifecycle transitions, and ensure infrastructure is ready for deployment.

Leads technical due diligence for prospective data center sites, evaluating electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, architectural, utility, zoning, and infrastructure feasibility. Reviews provider proposals, capacity data, conceptual layouts, and building documentation; identifies risks, upgrades, cost and schedule impacts; prepares go/no-go recommendations and technical assessments. Coordinates with utilities, landlords, developers, internal subject matter experts, and design teams, then hands secured sites to Design Managers. Frequent travel is required.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for W&B Launch, infrastructure insights, and infrastructure-native developer tools integrating W&B with CoreWeave. Partner with frontier AI teams, platform engineering, and W&B engineering to improve job submission, compute orchestration, observability, and automated research workflows. Drive product concepts from discovery through launch, translate infrastructure needs into developer experiences, and measure and iterate on product impact.

Plans, procures, and manages backbone network capacity, including wavelength and dark fiber services. Reviews vendor solutions, forecasts network demand, optimizes circuit utilization, ensures redundancy and diversity, manages telecommunications vendors, maintains technical documentation, and supports network expansion. The role collaborates with engineering, operations, and product teams to resolve capacity issues and incorporate emerging technologies into global backbone planning.

Design and review data center white space infrastructure for high-density computing environments. Coordinate electrical, mechanical, cooling, low-voltage, cabling, and network pathway systems; review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and field conditions; oversee consultants; resolve design and constructability issues; and support construction, commissioning, and deployment. Contribute to design standards, scalability, technical documentation, and mentorship across CoreWeave’s data center portfolio.

Build and operate full-stack applications and AI-facing features for CoreWeave’s internal data platform. Responsibilities include developing TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Python services; designing APIs and relational data models; integrating analytical data platforms; deploying on Kubernetes; and owning production reliability, testing, observability, and on-call support. The role also involves collaborating with non-engineers to define processes, shipping LLM-backed applications, and evaluating AI output quality.

Build and ship full-stack software for CoreWeave’s internal data infrastructure and operational applications. Develop TypeScript, React, and Next.js frontends; Python services on Kubernetes; SQL queries and data models; and AI-enabled interfaces such as text-to-SQL tools, retrieval systems, and agents. Own scoped features through production, including testing and post-release fixes, while collaborating with senior engineers and internal users.

Serves as a technical lead for customers using CoreWeave cloud infrastructure, with emphasis on Kubernetes in high-performance computing environments. Responsibilities include designing and deploying tailored solutions, leading proofs of concept, optimizing AI/ML workloads, conducting technical reviews, advising on product strategy, collaborating with engineering teams, and representing CoreWeave at industry events.
