Oversees major events across North America and APAC while aligning global standards with EMEA execution. Partners with marketing, sales, product, business-unit leaders, agencies, and production vendors to deliver immersive gaming and creator experiences, track KPIs, and improve future programs.

Provides technical support by phone and live chat for PC systems and CORSAIR products. Troubleshoots hardware, Windows, BIOS/UEFI, drivers, firmware, compatibility, installation, and performance issues. The role requires ownership of new product initiatives from concept through execution.

Leads Oracle EBS technical architecture, development, integrations, and production support across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and order management processes. Translates business requirements into scalable solutions, leads technical teams, performs code reviews, and supports testing, go-live, hypercare, upgrades, patching, and cloud migration. Develops and troubleshoots SQL/PLSQL, APIs, workflows, interfaces, and custom objects while integrating EBS with e-commerce, CRM, warehouse, logistics, EDI, tax, and middleware platforms.

Manages web marketing projects from planning through delivery, coordinating timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, internal design teams, external agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders. Lead and manage international tax compliance, ASC 740 provisions, transfer pricing/CbC reporting, and OECD Pillar Two work. Coordinate with external advisors, support M&A tax analysis, oversee tax controls and SOX compliance, and manage audits and intercompany agreements across multiple jurisdictions.

Lead demand forecasting and analysis across product families for 12-month horizons. Maintain Oracle Cloud SCM forecasts, analyze historical trends, promo and NPI forecasts, support S&OP, collaborate cross-functionally on inventory and lifecycle strategies, and drive continuous improvement and reporting.
