Lead and mature the enterprise PMO, align cross-functional stakeholders, build governance and delivery frameworks, prioritize roadmaps, manage risks/budgets/dependencies, use data to track performance, and ensure business-to-IT alignment to drive successful delivery and continuous improvement.

Lead GTM strategy and product roadmap inputs for gaming hardware. Own competitive analysis, MRDs/PRDs, and launch planning across creative, PR, e-commerce, and retail.
