Own NPI and sustaining engineering for PSU and controller products, including schematic and BOM reviews, design and manufacturing risk assessments, root-cause investigations, supplier readiness, component availability, qualification, and production ramp. Coordinate Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Quality, OEMs, and contract manufacturers; evaluate factory capacity and scalability; resolve manufacturing blockers; and present readiness status to leadership.

Manages full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and leads the internship program from recruitment through onboarding, development, evaluation, conversion, and offboarding. Partners with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, maintains applicant tracking records, coordinates interviews and offers, plans intern events and learning activities, and uses feedback and program data to improve future cohorts.

Leads CORSAIR’s global events strategy across its brand portfolio, managing a distributed team, international programs, a $1.5 million budget, vendors, logistics, experiential activations, and event performance. Oversees major events across North America and APAC while aligning global standards with EMEA execution. Partners with marketing, sales, product, business-unit leaders, agencies, and production vendors to deliver immersive gaming and creator experiences, track KPIs, and improve future programs.
