Provide inbound phone and live-chat technical support for PC systems and CORSAIR products. Troubleshoot hardware (memory, PSUs, cooling, storage, motherboards, GPUs, peripherals), Windows, BIOS/UEFI, drivers, firmware, and CORSAIR software. Guide customers through installation, configuration, compatibility, diagnostics, and warranty/replacement processes. Document interactions, escalate complex issues, and maintain productivity and customer satisfaction.

Manage HR operations across the Americas including onboarding/offboarding, HRIS transactions, leave administration, benefits support, personnel record audits, employee recognition, compensation assistance, data quality checks, and ad hoc HR projects.

Lead and mature the enterprise PMO, align cross-functional stakeholders, build governance and delivery frameworks, prioritize roadmaps, manage risks/budgets/dependencies, use data to track performance, and ensure business-to-IT alignment to drive successful delivery and continuous improvement.
