Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing, onboarding, training, renewals, account growth, client meetings, and representing CoStar at industry events. The role focuses on commercial real estate customers and requires achievement of sales targets, strong client relationships, and full-cycle B2B sales execution.

Sell new business and manage client portfolios for CoStar's data and analytics products. Drive the full sales cycle—prospecting, demos, closing, onboarding, training, and renewals—through consultative relationship-building, in-person meetings, and representation at industry events to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.

Design, develop, and support high-traffic web applications using .NET backend technologies and modern frontend frameworks. Build accessible, responsive interfaces, architect reusable components, implement product features, improve code quality, and participate in testing, automation, and code reviews. Collaborate with product and business teams, mentor junior engineers, and deliver solutions from concept through implementation in an Agile environment.
