Apply deep learning, LLMs, embeddings, and agentic AI while building scalable ML infrastructure and production systems. Define success metrics, conduct experimentation, drive initiatives from concept to production, collaborate across functions, deliver measurable business impact, and mentor engineers.

Provides legal advice on corporate governance, SEC regulatory compliance, M&A transactions, credit facilities, subsidiary management, and corporate policies. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to assess risks, negotiate agreements, develop repeatable processes, and support global operations. Requires strong corporate legal judgment, business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Design and implement scalable offline and online machine learning infrastructure for search and recommendation. Own data logging, processing, quality, model training, batch and real-time pipelines, and online inference services handling billions of records and petabytes of data. Partner with data scientists, analysts, product managers, and engineering teams while researching technical solutions and mentoring engineers.
