Own messaging and positioning for product verticals, create sales enablement collateral (decks, one-pagers, battle cards, RFP responses), run competitive analysis, and partner with product, sales, design, and GTM to drive activation, adoption and revenue. Lead Americas compliance for insurance distribution, overseeing multi-state licensing, regulatory filings, AML/OFAC programs, partner program oversight, monitoring, audit and regulatory responses, team leadership, and IPO-readiness support. Translate global framework into regional operations and enable business teams to operate compliantly.

Lead the Americas Complaints team, managing complaint resolution and regulatory responses. Use data analysis to improve processes and mentor team members.

Lead enterprise travel partnerships across the Americas: identify, cultivate, negotiate and close deals with airlines, OTAs, cruise and tour partners. Own partner relationships, drive new logo acquisition, manage pipeline/CRM, coordinate cross-functional teams to launch partner solutions, and deliver measurable commercial impact.
