Partners with regional leaders on HR strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, employee relations, investigations, compliance, onboarding, and change management. Leads talent mapping, succession planning, manager coaching, career development, training initiatives, and leadership programs while fostering employee engagement and an inclusive workplace.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to regional leaders, translating business strategy into people plans. Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, compliance, talent mapping, succession planning, manager coaching, change management, and training initiatives to drive engagement and development.

Manage a portfolio of Tier 1–3 partners across AMER (with EMEA scope). Serve as primary partner contact, drive commercial growth, manage multi-stakeholder relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, enforce deliverables and milestones, and represent the company at partner meetings and industry events.
