Provides technical customer support for Dealertrack DMS, troubleshooting client issues, configuring and coding F&I documents, correcting calculations and disclosures, and managing escalations. Communicates with clients by phone and email, documents cases, analyzes transaction documents, and maintains service standards. Requires strong problem-solving, data analysis, organization, professionalism, and customer focus. The role follows a Mountain Time schedule with Saturday and holiday rotations and no travel.

Conduct outside sales for automotive inventory financing and ancillary products across a defined Los Angeles territory. Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and dealer visits; educate customers, initiate underwriting, monitor applications, contract and onboard new clients, and grow loan utilization. Maintain relationships with auction managers, portfolio managers, dealers, and auction staff while achieving monthly application, activation, revenue, enrollment, and sales targets.
