Manage complex liability claims end-to-end: investigate coverage and liability, set reserves, authorize payments within authority, coordinate discovery and litigation strategy, pursue subrogation, prepare reports for clients/carriers, and mentor/train junior staff. Work independently on large-loss and difficult claims while collaborating with supervisors and defense counsel.

Investigate and settle complex workers' compensation claims with minimal supervision. Determine coverage, liability, and compensability; manage investigations, appraisals, reserves, payments, and subrogation; coordinate litigation strategy with legal counsel; prepare client and management reports; mentor and train new hires.

The Director, Business Development will generate leads, manage client relationships, and exceed revenue targets, focusing on the casualty insurance market.
