Provides behavioral health programming and therapeutic guidance in a psychiatric health facility. Coordinates assigned program activities, ensures policy and reporting compliance, supervises staff therapeutically, and supports the Clinical Director with program implementation. Delivers recovery-oriented services, including psychotherapy, behavioral interventions, psychosocial education, medication-management support, DBT, WRAP, and transition planning for clients experiencing acute psychiatric crises.

Provides direct peer support to individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, or trauma-related challenges. Uses personal recovery experience, specialized training, and supervision to encourage wellness, recovery, and skill development. The role is full-time on the PM shift at a crisis stabilization facility and requires lived experience, peer-support training, behavioral intervention training, and a high school diploma or GED.

Provides direct nursing care to behavioral health clients under physician orders and within scope of practice. Supervises and directs non-licensed personnel, supports unit operations, and collaborates with staff at a 16-bed crisis stabilization facility. Requires California LVN or LPT licensure, nursing knowledge, supervisory ability, and current CPR and first aid certifications. Mental health nursing experience is preferred.
