Provide direct nursing care to behavioral health clients per physicians' orders, supervise non-licensed staff, support unit operations, and uphold nursing standards within a trauma-informed recovery program. Work includes on-call AM/PM/night shifts and compliance with licensure, CPR/first aid, and background check requirements.

Provide direct peer-based behavioral health support using personal lived experience to guide others in recovery. Deliver mutuality-based services, share recovery skills, complete required peer support and behavioral intervention trainings, and work as part of the San Francisco crisis stabilization team on PM full-time shifts.
