The Solutions Engineer supports enterprise sales by demonstrating Cribl, answering technical questions, helping customers during proof-of-concept sessions, and identifying telemetry, IT operations, and security use cases. The role requires customer-facing technical storytelling, collaboration with sales and support teams, documentation of use cases, and up to 30% travel. The position is remote-first but may require occasional work outside standard hours across time zones.

Owns commercialization and new product introduction for products and features, from product handoff through launch and post-launch tracking. Partners with executives on pricing, commercial readiness, and launch health; defines success metrics and optimizes processes. Leads M&A go-to-market diligence and post-acquisition integration while coordinating Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Development. The role requires strategic planning, program management, executive communication, and SaaS commercialization expertise.
