Lead discovery sessions, executive workshops, vendor evaluations, business cases, and implementation strategies, applying NetSuite implementation experience to assess enterprise application landscapes. Manage project budgets, billing, risks, and administration; mentor team members; develop client relationships; and identify responsible AI opportunities.

Lead financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms, corporate acquirers, and lenders across buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. Oversee Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Net Debt, cash flow, and financial analyses; manage client relationships, teams, quality control, engagement economics, and executive-level reporting. Advise on deal strategy and transaction mechanics, review SPA and APA documentation, mentor staff, support business development, and advance technology-enabled diligence approaches.

Performs buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity firms, corporate acquirers, and lenders. Analyzes quality of earnings, working capital, cash flows, net debt, financial statements, and key metrics. Develops Excel and PowerPoint client deliverables, uses Power BI and Alteryx, collaborates with executives, manages multiple M&A projects, mentors junior staff, and supports compliant AI-enabled solutions.
