Owns the early mortgage client journey from lead intake through pre-approval readiness. Responsibilities include responding to inbound leads, conducting intake calls, assisting with loan applications under supervision, collecting and organizing documentation, tracking activity in the CRM, following up on missing information, coordinating pre-approval reviews, and providing non-advisory updates to clients and Realtors. The role requires strong communication, organization, accuracy, time management, and customer-service skills.

Provide administrative and sales support to Account Executives by coordinating meetings, researching partners, maintaining CRM records, onboarding referral partners, preparing partner materials, supporting events and open houses, monitoring email/calendar workflows, tracking commitments, and running post-closing follow-up to maintain partner relationships.

Recruit and strategically develop Loan Officers, Mortgage Bankers, Branch Managers, and Sales Leaders across targeted markets. Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to identify hiring needs, source passive candidates through Boolean searches, cold calls, networking, databases, and internet research, and manage candidates through qualification, interviews, and hiring. Track recruiting metrics, maintain candidate relationships, meet hiring goals, and provide regular pipeline and progress reports to recruiting and sales leadership.
