Lead hands-on ServiceNow ITOM configuration and scripting (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), MID Server setup, integrations with monitoring tools, architecture translation, testing, documentation, and client technical workshops/support.

The role involves designing and delivering D365 ERP solutions, providing technical leadership, ensuring quality, and guiding client implementations and support.
