Lead reliability, scalability, observability, automation, infrastructure, disaster recovery, and security initiatives for Crunchyroll’s cloud-native data platforms. Design and operate Kubernetes and GCP systems, establish SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, manage incidents and vulnerabilities, strengthen cloud security, and mentor engineers across teams.

Lead design and productionalize ML algorithms and pipelines to detect account-sharing fraud in real time. Build scalable preprocessing, training, deployment, monitoring, and A/B testing solutions with cross-functional teams to optimize detection while minimizing user disruption.

Build and maintain high-performance connected-device (Roku) frontend applications. Contribute to shared client architecture, reusable frameworks, and tooling. Optimize startup, memory, responsiveness, and playback. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineers; participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, and mentoring to improve code quality and cross-platform consistency.
