Provide production support and monitoring for a regulated trading exchange, execute daily operational processes, triage and resolve incidents, tune performance, support releases, maintain runbooks and documentation, automate operational workflows, and collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and partners to ensure stable, SLA-driven exchange operations.

Designs, develops, and maintains cloud infrastructure, monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Kubernetes, and disaster recovery solutions. The role automates operations, contributes to architecture, supports high availability and low latency, and collaborates with cross-functional teams across global time zones.

Leads the U.S. consumer compliance program, focusing on Regulation E and UDAAP controls across credit, prepaid, and digital asset products. Responsibilities include compliance reviews, consumer complaint analysis, error-resolution oversight, chargeback compliance, regulatory examinations, audits, remediation plans, policy management, and cross-functional implementation of consumer protection requirements. Provides secondary support for BSA/AML alignment, regulatory submissions, and executive reporting.
