Teams at Crystal Springs Uplands School

Manages the Crystal Fund’s daily operations, including campaign timelines, solicitation materials, donor follow-up, volunteer coordination, and progress tracking. Supports donor research, prospect management, stewardship, planned giving recognition, alumni engagement, and development events. Oversees fundraising platforms and donor databases while coordinating across two campuses, vendors, volunteers, and donors. The role requires strong project management, communication, organization, discretion, and occasional evening, weekend, and local travel.

Supports daily middle school operations through front desk coverage, communications, scheduling, event logistics, supply management, attendance tracking, student supervision, and afterschool programming. Coordinates summer program logistics, teaching assistant support, family communication, records, and events. The role requires collaboration, independent judgment, strong organization, technology skills, and attentive student care across school campuses.
