Senior individual contributor responsible for technical pre-sales and solution design for payments (card and ACH). Leads API integration discussions, creates architecture, demos and POCs, ensures compliance (PCI, NACHA), mentors team members, collaborates with sales, product, and legal, and supports enterprise and ISV partnerships to drive deal closure and ROI. Up to 20% travel.

The Consultant II assists clients by optimizing product functionality, handling project management, conducting gap analysis, and ensuring timely billing. They also identify strategic solutions and support implementation processes while managing internal and external resources.

Operate and support global JO and Analytics SaaS environments, troubleshoot incidents, build automation (Bash/Python), maintain CI/CD and Terraform-managed AWS infrastructure, manage containers (Docker/EKS), maintain observability (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch), write runbooks and docs, and collaborate across teams to improve reliability and deployments.
