Leads complex machine learning and advanced analytics initiatives for customer intelligence, segmentation, propensity scoring, behavioral prediction, and personalized engagement. Owns models through the full lifecycle, from problem framing and feature engineering to deployment, monitoring, retraining, and interpretation. Partners with product, engineering, MLOps, and data teams; defines evaluation metrics; mentors technical contributors; promotes responsible AI practices; and communicates results to technical leaders, clients, and business stakeholders.

Build, validate, deploy, and monitor machine learning models for customer segmentation, propensity scoring, and behavioral prediction. Own data exploration, feature engineering, and validation for assigned projects while collaborating with senior data scientists, MLOps, product, engineering, and data teams. Translate model outputs into client insights, document work for stakeholders and compliance review, and contribute to evaluation frameworks, dashboards, code reviews, and technical learning.

Senior backend engineer responsible for designing, building, testing, and documenting scalable Node.js/TypeScript services and APIs. Lead projects end-to-end, enforce coding standards, write technical specifications, optimize performance, and mentor junior engineers. Champion Agile and CI/CD practices while providing technical thought leadership on backend architecture and data modeling.
