Lead development and coordination of global regulatory CMC strategies for CAPEX, compliance, and outsourcing. Support digital innovation (including AI/ML), manage vendor relationships, monitor global regulations, advise senior leadership on regulatory implications, and implement regulatory policies, SOPs, and KPIs to drive operational alignment across Global Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Quality, and Global Operations.

Lead global leave and benefit policy strategy, ensure compliance with local laws, manage leave program administration and vendors, analyze leave data, partner with HR/legal/business leaders, deliver training, and optimize employee experience across regions.

Lead statistical strategy and execution for clinical development programs, advise on study design and regulatory submissions, manage CRO/internal statistical teams, deliver interim/final analyses and integrated submission materials, represent Biostatistics with regulators, and communicate results through scientific presentations and reports.
