Owns BGP routing, core routing modernization, OT/ICS microsegmentation, industrial WiFi, next-generation firewalls, Zero Trust policies, SD-WAN, multi-cloud connectivity, and network automation. Serves as the subject matter expert for major network incidents and drives root-cause resolution, remediation, documentation, and secure convergence of IT and operational technology networks.

Designs, analyzes, develops, tests, documents, and supports complex applications and information systems. Leads technical components of projects, coordinates development tasks, mentors less experienced staff, evaluates technologies and vendors, and recommends systems improvements. Collaborates with technology teams, business units, clients, vendors, and senior management while maintaining application effectiveness, documentation, controls, risk standards, and regulatory compliance.

Leads strategic sourcing initiatives by developing RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs; evaluating vendor proposals; coordinating demonstrations and reference checks; negotiating contracts up to $1 million; documenting recommendations and savings; and guiding vendor risk assessments. Partners with cross-functional teams, management, Legal, and third-party risk specialists while ensuring regulatory compliance, internal controls, and effective procurement practices.
