Lead complex capital improvement and campus modernization projects for a university client from planning through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders; ensure DSA and public-sector compliance; produce reports; resolve project-level conflicts; and drive project delivery while mentoring and coordinating project teams.

Assist Project Manager in organizing and managing projects by conducting reviews, facilitating meetings, monitoring contracts, and performing QA/QC processes while gaining experience in K-12 projects.
