Lead construction completion of a ground-up research laboratory, manage stakeholders and budgets, coordinate interior design and MEP commissioning, oversee testing, turnover, occupancy, and project closeout while protecting the university's interests.

Serve as owner's representative for a large K-12/DSA public construction program, overseeing multiple project teams, schedule, budget, billing, RFP development, stakeholder coordination, and mentoring staff. Lead project delivery from planning through construction while ensuring client relationships, risk mitigation, and team development.

Manage multiple small-scale capital improvement, renovation, and infrastructure projects from planning through completion. Coordinate clients, design teams, contractors, and vendors; control schedule, scope, and budget; perform value engineering, constructability reviews, permitting, procurement, and contract negotiations; oversee design management, cost estimating, and project closeout while minimizing impacts to mission-critical operations.
