Experience with DSA requirements and public-sector construction projects is essential.

Oversee cost management across Bay Area construction projects, including estimating, subcontractor analysis, contract administration, change orders, continuous cost management, and client account leadership. Build client and vendor relationships, support business development, prepare project plans and reports, and mentor junior cost managers. Projects span technology, workplace interiors, life sciences, and semiconductor sectors.

Manage multiple capital improvement, renovation, and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout. Responsibilities include overseeing scope, schedule, budgets, value engineering, permitting, design management, procurement, construction, contracts, stakeholder coordination, cost reconciliation, and entitlement processes. The role supports technical environments requiring R&D laboratory, cleanroom, MEP, infrastructure, and mission-critical facilities experience.
