Owns domain process maps, business rules, documentation, and AI-assisted workflow governance. Mentors business analysts, improves BA standards, identifies functional opportunities, and supports strategic initiatives involving CRM and data platforms.

Partners with Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT to translate martech, CRM/CDP, campaign, lead-management, data-flow, and reporting needs into actionable requirements. Leads discovery, workshops, stakeholder alignment, Agile delivery collaboration, UAT, post-deployment validation, change management, process documentation, and domain knowledge management. Develops AI-assisted workflows, validation standards, and agent-readiness practices while mentoring business analysts and improving BA standards, templates, and tools.

Own Growth Marketing analytics and data operations: build and maintain full-funnel reporting, ensure data governance and attribution, manage segmentation and Pardot audiences, maintain executive BI dashboards, partner with IT and Sales Ops, direct offshore data resources, and implement AI-assisted workflows to automate analytics and QA.

Leads state-market operations and strategy across all 50 states, overseeing dashboards, data quality, reporting, process improvement, risk management, and cross-functional execution. Advises senior government-relations leadership, synthesizes policy and market trends, develops business and policy cases, supports product and sales strategies, and leads special projects. Requires expertise in K-12 education, assessment and instructional materials markets, state policy, Smartsheet, and related collaboration tools.

Leads strategy, development, maintenance, and enablement of i-Ready and broader product content for complex education proposals and RFPs. Partners with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, creates evidence-based messaging, manages content in Qvidian, leads large-scale content refreshes, supports high-value solicitations, shapes win themes, and mentors proposal writers. Requires strong communication, organization, collaboration, adaptability, and knowledge of K-12 education, assessment, psychometrics, and educational technology.
