Build and scale customer success strategy and operations through segmentation, coverage and capacity models, performance metrics, compensation frameworks, dashboards, business reviews, and experimentation. Analyze product usage to identify drivers of activation, expansion, retention, and churn. Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop scalable digital engagement models, improve customer value realization, and turn insights into actionable strategies and operating processes.

Own marketing measurement and analytics for paid acquisition across channels, campaigns, audiences, geographies, and creative. Build incrementality tests, media-mix models, attribution frameworks, and predictive lifetime-value signals. Partner with Marketing, Data, Engineering, Finance, and leadership to guide budget allocation, validate performance data, maintain clean pipeline attribution, and identify channel saturation and optimization opportunities.

Build large-scale compute infrastructure for agent sandboxes, including microVM virtualization, control-plane scheduling, block-device storage, egress proxying, network isolation, and resilient hybrid cloud and on-premise systems. The role involves scaling clusters to support up to one million concurrent VMs and operating large fleets of isolated environments.
