Manages internal teams, brokers, consultants, and direct reports while developing occupancy and cost-saving strategies, overseeing reporting accuracy, and ensuring high-quality client delivery.

Lead a global portfolio of capital construction projects, overseeing CAPEX planning, budgets, schedules, governance, reporting, technology implementations, process optimization, procurement, and compliance. Advise executive clients, standardize project controls and KPI frameworks, drive digital transformation using construction technology platforms, and manage and mentor regional program and project teams. Support business development and improve portfolio predictability, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Lead day-to-day transaction management for large, multi-asset client portfolios: drive strategic planning, negotiate complex leases, manage brokers and legal review, produce financial and market analysis, oversee reporting and process improvements, and lead a team to deliver portfolio optimization and measurable client outcomes.
