Act as regional project controls focal point for CRE project delivery: manage cost analysis, schedule development, procurement strategy, vendor relationships, pipeline tracking, resource planning, reporting, training/onboarding, data quality, and tooling (Smartsheet, MS Suite, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SFDC). Support program execution, business case scenarios, standards development, and cross-functional coordination for multiple CapEx/OpEx projects.

Process, sort, distribute, and deliver incoming/outgoing mail and packages. Operate postage equipment and shipping software, handle accountable shipments, assist with shipping/receiving, maintain tracking records and supplies, and provide professional customer service while following safety and company procedures.

Develop and implement energy, water, and GHG reduction strategies for commercial and industrial buildings. Perform ASHRAE Level I/II audits, retro-commissioning, cost estimates, data analysis, energy modeling, and prepare technical reports and client presentations. Support business development and incentive applications, coordinate with clients and interdisciplinary teams, and manage multiple projects.
