Collaborate across hardware, software, and customer teams to rapidly prototype and deliver reliable infrastructure intelligence products.

Own the mechanical design and production lifecycle of ruggedized vehicle-mounted sensor hardware. Responsibilities include enclosure, chassis, thermal, sealing, mounting, simulation, environmental testing, CAD, drawings, GD&T, BOMs, DFM, tooling, tolerance analysis, reliability improvements, contract manufacturing support, and product documentation. The role collaborates with electrical, firmware, perception, molders, tool shops, and manufacturing partners while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and production readiness.

Own strategic enterprise accounts across onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Lead success planning, stakeholder engagement, training, business reviews, forecasting, negotiation, and advocacy. Build scalable customer success processes and playbooks while identifying expansion opportunities. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Data Operations on customer discovery, case studies, and events. The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, AI tool usage, and approximately 25% travel.

The Senior Account Executive will manage a sales pipeline, engage with city and engineering firm executives, and close six-figure enterprise deals. Responsibilities include conducting discovery, navigating procurement, and partnering with cross-functional teams to build relationships.
