The role requires end-to-end ownership, including system design, operation, and on-call support.

Build and ship production systems that transform sensor data into infrastructure intelligence for government customers. Responsibilities include developing Python services, cloud data pipelines, APIs, integrations, and web platform features; owning work from concept through production; improving system performance and reliability; and collaborating with product, operations, and customers. The role also involves using AI coding tools and contributing across the technical stack.

Own strategic city and agency accounts by leading onboarding, training, enablement, platform configuration, custom integrations, and adoption. Build solutions with AI coding tools and APIs, support account expansion and renewals, identify procurement opportunities, and develop a scalable forward-deployed engineering playbook. The role requires regular customer engagement in New York City or San Francisco and collaboration with the Boston-based team.
