Leads architecture and hands-on development of production agentic applications for quote-to-cash workflows. Builds reliable LLM-powered agents, evaluation systems, human-in-the-loop controls, governed tool integrations, and auditability for pricing, ordering, billing, and revenue recognition. Partners with Finance, Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, and engineering teams to migrate enterprise workflows, protect financial integrity, establish agentic engineering standards, and mentor engineers. This is a senior technical leadership role without people-management responsibility.

The Director, AI Sales will grow Databricks’ enterprise AI business by driving strategic account adoption, production usage, bookings, and consumption. Responsibilities include developing AI sales plays, enabling field teams, securing executive and technical sponsorship, advancing complex opportunities, coordinating sales and partner stakeholders, and translating customer feedback into product and go-to-market recommendations.

Lead legal support for strategic technology partnerships and complex alliance transactions. Responsibilities include negotiating term sheets and agreements, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, advising senior leadership, securing approvals, ensuring legal and policy compliance, supporting post-signing integration, and developing scalable partnering processes and templates. The role focuses on AI, cloud, data-platform, open-source, OEM, resale, and marketplace transactions.
