Deploys and operates AI-powered customer solutions, owning integrations, authentication, secrets, hosting, monitoring, and releases. Builds reusable tooling and platform components, develops customer-facing AI applications and workflows, leads technical discovery, translates business needs into deployable designs, and partners with Product, R&D, and Customer Success. Requires strong customer communication, software delivery ownership, cloud and DevOps expertise, product thinking, and experience with Python or TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, and LLM-based systems.

Provides market and customer insights to product leadership and reports team performance and growth opportunities to senior executives.

Own sourcing, negotiating, and scaling strategic partnerships with Private Equity firms to drive portfolio adoption and revenue. Manage full partner lifecycle from onboarding and enablement to co-marketing, portfolio activation, and reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, CS, Product, Marketing) to build playbooks, run joint campaigns, and track partner-sourced pipeline and impact.

Own the full enterprise B2B SaaS sales cycle from SDR-booked outbound meetings through close. Build relationships with finance and IT stakeholders, navigate complex buying committees, develop business cases, manage forecasts and quotas, and maintain disciplined Salesforce documentation. Partner with SDRs to improve targeting and meeting quality while driving adoption and consistently exceeding enterprise sales targets.

Implement and configure financial planning solutions for clients: analyze and simplify models and data, advise on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, validate and improve data quality, recommend process optimizations, gather requirements, and build strategic customer relationships to support financial reporting.

Partner with existing customers to implement add-on products, act as technical expert on the Datarails suite, advise on financial reporting best practices, influence product roadmap through cross-functional collaboration, and maintain relationships with finance stakeholders to drive adoption and expansion.

Manage full sales cycle for a complex B2B SaaS Finance product, work with SDRs, engage finance leaders (CFO, VP Finance, Controllers), create bespoke proposals, hit quota and maintain CRM records.

Advise finance professionals on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting; customize and validate customer data and Datarails platform setups; recommend process improvements; build long-term relationships; support renewals and upsell conversations.
