This role involves leading post-training data curation for foundation models, designing algorithms for data generation and improvement, and unifying pre-training and post-training curation to maximize model performance.

Design end-to-end user experiences and high-fidelity interfaces for a data curation platform used by ML engineers and researchers. Create design systems, visual assets, motion, prototypes, and data visualizations; conduct user research and collaborate with engineering, research, and leadership to ship production-quality UI and improve complex technical workflows.

Lead DatologyAI's technical storytelling and social presence on X by turning research into demos, threads, videos, and launches. Enable founders and researchers, run research launches end-to-end, build community relationships, run experiments and measurement, and feed community insights back into product and research.
