Lead backend TypeScript development and maintain services used by ~5M users. Contribute to full-stack features, code reviews, architecture discussions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with PM/design to build React-based web and mobile experiences.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and underwriting models for Dave’s consumer credit products, including ExtraCash, Flex card, and future offerings. Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Risk, and Product teams to build scalable underwriting infrastructure, expand alternative data signals, manage credit KPIs, and lead rigorous experimentation. Present risk trade-offs to senior leadership, identify new underwriting-driven opportunities, and mentor product managers while balancing credit access, growth, retention, and losses.

Owner of product marketing strategy and execution: customer and member segmentation, positioning, value propositions, GTM for new and existing products, competitive intelligence, and establishing scalable PMM processes grounded in research and analytics.
